I have been going to Labeaute Medspa for over a year now, and have had an exceptional experience every time! From the moment I walked in, the staff is always so friendly, welcoming, and professional.
I see Stella for all my skin care needs, facials, laser hair removal etc. She does it all! And she is SO AMAZING. I have also seen Violetta many times for my botox and lip filler and she is so great, I love a natural look and she always exceeded my expectations whenever I see her! I recently saw Daphina for Micro blading for my eyebrows and wow! She is great! I love them so much! I didn’t have a good experience with my treatment at this place. I purchased a laser hair removal package (quite expensive, by the way) at the end of 2022. They told me sessions should be done every four weeks, and if you’re going to be exposed to the sun, you should wait longer. Naturally, I paused during the summer since I was going to be in the sun. When I tried to book my last session in 2024, they told me they were sorry but my sessions had expired in 2023.

First, they never mentioned that the packages had an expiration date. Second, if that were the case, it wouldn’t have cost them anything to notify me before it expired—after all, they send plenty of marketing texts. Lastly, and most importantly, the treatment didn’t work. I completed seven sessions, and my hair is still growing back as if I never had any treatments.

The only positive thing was that the staff was very friendly, but it seems things have changed there.

Stella, the owner, is very honest and sweet. She has always honored specials, Groupon's, and when a mistake was accidently made by the receptionist, Stella corrected it, no questions asked. The receptionist was very apologetic too. Stella wants to make sure the client is happy and taken well care of. She even called me personally to apologize and explain that she fixed the mistake. I really appreciated that.

My daughter has received full body laser hair removal from Stella and she adores her. Stella made my daughter feel comfortable and not embarrassed. After hours of laser hair removal time together, I can honestly say that my daughter would consider Stella a friend and a safe person to confide in if she ever needed someone to talk to.

I have received many treatments from Le Beau Te and have been very happy with my results. After having Covid, I lost a lot of hair, so I started PRP/PRF treatments at Le Beau Te. It's normal to not notice results for 6-8 months and it wasn't until I looked back at pictures from a trip that I noticed the difference. I will continue to do maintenance treatments of 3 injections a year for my hair. Additionally, I have received lip filler and small amounts of Botox that have both turned out well for me.

I also purchase some products at Le Beau Te since they offer a discount off retail. I can purchase my Skinceuticals C E Ferulic for 10-15% less than I could online or from my dermatologist. I love that I don't have to purchase a "membership package" in order to receive a discount like other spas require.

Lastly, I have to compliment Stella and Violetta for accommodating my daughter not once, but two times when she needed to squeeze in a treatment and pick up a product prior to leaving for college. If she did not stay on schedule for her treatments, then it would have thrown her off and they knew that. Both times, they came in after hours to accommodate her.

Stella the owner of Spa La Beaute in Lake Forest was able to resolve a long standing issue I had with a skin condition called Seborrheic Keratosis. Skin felt rough and dry, most areas thick and raised. Stella, over a six month period of time, would hydrate the back, Dermaplane raised skin, IPL (intense pulsed light) was used to reduce redness and hyperpigmentation. A VI Skin Peel was lastly recommended for scars and hyperpigmentation. Prior to treatment I Consulted 2 Dermatologists who both froze the skin with Liquid Nitrogen. This further dried the skin and caused hyperpigmentation. Skin is now 90% improved. Spa also employs a Physician’s Assistant by the name of Violetta who helped me through an episode of neck pain utilizing Botox and Lidocaine. Lots of extra services here not offered by average Med Spas.
