I couldn’t recommend this place more. They were super nice and communicative and shipped two of our cars packed up with things and delivered across the country in 2 days. Highly recommend!

Techno Auto Carriers are terrible auto transporters and an absolute nightmare to deal with. My car was delivered with dents and damage to the trunk and back fender. The transported refused to even acknowledge the damage was caused by them during transport. I have pictures and videos of my undamaged car that was being loaded onto their transporter. When I showed them the evidence while taking delivery, the owner became very abusive and confrontational.

They mark huge circles to indicate damage (though it is very minor) on every part of the car on their report to transfer all damage liability to the owner and cover damage caused by them during transport. I would advice to video record every thing, though they say they do not speak English or understand what you are saying.

This company is very unprofessional and shut down all forms of communication once they knew the communication was about damage to my vehicle during transport. They even refused to communicate with the Progressive insurance that they carry. They are self-insured for $2500 and their Progressive insurance kicks-in above that amount. My damage was below the $2500 and hence their responsibility.

Extremely unprofessional owner! I will never use Techno Auto Carriers again or recommend anyone to use their service!

I bought a car that was supposed to run well enough to load on a car hauler. Car wouldn’t run and this company took the time to get the car loaded instead of just passing on it. The driver I had was great and very professional. He was giving me updates and staying ahead of schedule. Car was delivered days early. The owner was also good at communicating and able to get the car transported even with the issues with the car. Thanks again!

The customer service is horrible horrible!!! The drivers are not trustworthy they will lie just to get your money. I thought I was getting a great deal until it was time for my car to be delivered by I was hit with unexplained fees. This company does not believe in treating the customer right. The car was not delivered on the day was told. Then was told I would be charged a fee because I was not available for the day and time they decided to drop off the car. At the end of the day I would pay for any service I receive, but its not fair to pay for something you have no knowledge of. They called toto pick up my car but once received I could not get a hold of them only through text. The driver did not speak English but claimed to have explained the contract with me. When I get my car I will never do business with them again!! PERIOD

We needed to ship our car from Florida to California, we contacted Techno Auto and were amazed with the service we received, in less than three days, we were able to arrange and schedule the transportation, no hassle, we were told our car would be in California in 6 days, and that is exactly what it took, the driver confirm the delivery the day before and again the morning of the drop off! Service and price were outstanding!

This company is terrible, I have no words to explain my experience. My car was delivered 10 days after they told me that they would bring it within 4 days. I never got updates until I called my broker. The people are very unprofessional and they don’t care at all but they lied saying that their truck broke down. Then then gave me a new delivery date which was Wednesday but I didn’t get my car until Friday after 7 pm . The driver did not speak English at all. The manager was called which I told her that I couldn’t pay the full price because they delivered my car 5 days late which means I had to get a rental car for all those days but she didn’t care. I told them they could return my car where they got it from and finally they took off $50 . I will never use this company again or recommend anyone to use their service. All they want is money nothing else

My husband and I, as well as the recipients of the car, were extremely disappointed in the service provided by Techno Auto Carrier, Inc.. We were told the car would be picked up on November 24, 2020, but were not given a time frame. We were told that we would receive a call when the driver was a half hour away. The driver arrived at a designated area off the interstate for the pick up that evening. We felt the communication could have been better so we didn't have to wait and be available for that many hours. This was the first sign that we weren't dealing with an A+ service that was advertised. Then, we had a delivery date in writing, stating the car would be delivered 5 days later, possibly 4. When they didn't show up on the evening of the 29th, I called the contact, * . She said they were having delays because of the holiday. She never contacted us to tell us what was going on. I calmly told her that I understood that things happen, but she should have notified us of the delay. This was the second sign. She said it would be delivered the next night, the 30th or the following morning (Dec. 1). She only offered that they would call one hour away from delivery. Once again, it wasn't delivered during the promised time frame and we were not contacted about the delay. This was the third sign. Furthermore, when I got in contact with her again, she told me that I could call her any time to get updates, yet, on December 1st, she did not answer her phone or return most of the calls from us or the broker who set this transport up. This was the fourth sign. The recipient by this time had made arrangements to be home and available for 3 and 1/2 days. The contact, ***, claimed she called me at least twice, which isn't true. She never called me or left a message; I called her. This was the fifth sign. I understand that things happen, but I do not understand the lying or lack of communication. Letting us know what was going on would have given the recipient options with his time instead of waiting for a delivery that wasn't going to happen. Once it was delivered after 10:30 pm, the driver told the recipient that he owed them $1400 before they would release the car, which wasn't true. This was the sixth sign. At this point, we felt we this whole thing was a scam. The recipient called us and was upset. This request for money was outrageous for two reasons. Number 1, that amount was more than double the cost we agreed to and number two, I had already made a down payment and had agreed to have MY credit card charged for the remaining balance. Then the recipient was told that a mistake was made about the $1400, but still he owed $545 before the car would be released. This was the seventh sign. The recipient called us again and we reassured him that we had already arranged to pay the balance and that he should not pay anything. Finally they figured it out, after we called the broker, and after the recipient stood outside his home with the driver for a long, awkward time in the dark, waiting for an answer. This was the eighth sign. On top of that the recipient still had to get in the car with the driver after this intense situation to get him back to his truck. Our local service that brokered the transport for us asked for an adjustment of our fee because of the delay and the level of service we had received. Techno Auto Carrier, Inc. would not make any adjustments or even offer an apology. This was the ninth sign. My husband has had several cars transported before without a hitch. We have never had worst service than this.
