I just bought my very first car from a dealership today. It was Toyota of Tampa Bay. I had the most wonderful experience my salesman. Jared was amazing. He made my experience so delightful and so pain-free. I would advise any of my friends or family to go there and ask for him!!! And josh in the service area so nice so polite he text me afterwards when I was driving home to let me know that I got free oil changes and to let him know when I wanted to bring my car in which I didn’t even know about everybody there so friendly and helpful

Mateo Serrano was our salesman and he was phenomenal!! He delivered on every promise he made to us. He wasn’t pushy though out our purchase. Alisha King handled our financing. She was very thorough, and made the process fun. Everyone I came into contact with at Toyota of Tampa Bay was kind, courteous, and genuinely seemed to care. We probably had 6 or 7 different employees stop and asked me if we needed any assistance. They were all friendly and made us laugh. But the biggest shout out goes to Mateo I would highly recommend him!
